Lest We Forget – NATT+ Competition 2015

The NATT+ (National Association of Teachers of Travellers +Other Professionals) are pleased to invite to invite young people to enter 2015’s Gypsy Roma Traveller History Month competition.

This year’s contest is “Lest We Forget”. The closing date is 10th July 2015.

Entrants need to declare themselves in one of six age categories but this year there will be just one overall winner. The winner will be presented a cash prize of £100 by a NATT+ Executive at their school or learning environment.

2015’s Gypsy Roma Traveller History Month competition is dedicated to the memory of those who have made a difference. NATT+ invites entrants to create an illustrated piece of writing that remembers or celebrates someone from a Gypsy, Roma or Traveller heritage who has helped shape history and made a difference to our lives today.

This competition is also run in memory of David William Charge a great supporter of Traveller education. He donated the prize money for this competition and is sadly missed.
